RV & TENT SITES
Plus 10% tax. The maximum number of campers per RV and tent site is 8 people. Day of arrival check-in time is 11am. Day of departure check-out time is by 11am.All deposits are refundable with a 45 day cancellation notice, less $15 cancellation fee.
RENTALS
A $250.00 deposit is required on all rentals. Maximum occupancy is six persons. Sorry, no exceptions.

Cancellations received 45 days or more days prior to arrival will result in a refund of your deposit less 50%. Payment in full is due 45 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation received less that 45 days prior to your arrival will  result in the loss of the entire cabin or trailer rental.

All rentals are no pets & no smoking.

Any excessive cleaning required after your departure, urine etc. will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $25 p/hr. Any damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.

Summer check-in 2pm, check-out 9:30am.All rentals equipped with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, coffee machine, and a toaster. No bedding or other linens provided. Reservation deposit required. Upon arrival, deposit becomes security & cleaning deposit and will be kept totally or in part if trailer or contents are left dirty or damaged.

POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL
By making a reservation or staying at Shasta Lake RV Resort ("Resort"), all guests agree to
comply with the following Policies, Terms, and Conditions. These policies are subject to
change at any time without prior notice.
The Resort reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest for violation of these
policies without refund.
2. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
RV & Tent Sites
- Check-In Time: No earlier than 2:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: No later than 10:00 AM
Cabins & Rentals
- Check-In Time: No earlier than 2:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: No later than 9:30 AM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and may be subject to
additional fees.
3. RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation.
- Full payment may be required prior to arrival depending on reservation type.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- The Resort reserves the right to assign or reassign sites and accommodations as necessary.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
RV & Tent Sites
- Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival to receive a refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Cabins & Rentals- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
Winter season is subject to change.
5. OCCUPANCY LIMITS & ADDITIONAL GUESTS
- RV & Tent Sites: Maximum of 8 persons per site.
- Cabins & Rentals: Maximum of 6 persons per unit.
The number of guests in each party will be verified upon arrival.
Additional guests beyond the base occupancy may be subject to a fee of $5 per person, as
determined by the Resort.
The Resort reserves the right to enforce occupancy limits at its discretion.
6. PET POLICY
- A maximum of two (2) dogs are allowed per site.
- Pets are allowed in cabins and rentals with an additional pet or damage deposit, as
determined by the Resort.
- All pets must be kept on a leash at all times and under the control of their owner.
- Pets must not be left unattended.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Aggressive or disruptive animals are not permitted.
Pets are prohibited in pool areas and restroom facilities.
The Resort reserves the right to require removal of any animal at any time.
7. GUEST CONDUCT (NOISE)
Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable noise level at all times and respect other
guests.
8. GUEST CONDUCT
- Visitors must register with the Resort upon arrival.
- The Resort may limit the number of visitors at any time.- Children must be supervised at all times.
Guests shall:
- Refrain from excessive noise or disruptive behavior
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
- Respect Resort property and other guests
The Resort reserves the right to remove any guest for disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or
violation of policies without refund.
9. VEHICLES, BOATS, TRAILERS & PARKING
- All vehicles, boats, and trailers must be registered with the Resort upon arrival.
- Parking is limited to designated areas only.
- Additional vehicles, boats, or trailers may be subject to additional fees.
- Speed limit within the Resort is 5 MPH.
- Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
10. FIRES, SAFETY & PROPERTY USE
- Fires are permitted only in designated fire rings or approved containers.
- All fires must be attended at all times.
- Fire restrictions must be strictly followed in accordance with local regulations.
- Firewood movement restrictions may apply per local/state regulations.
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
- The discharge of firearms or weapons is strictly prohibited.
- The use of generators may be restricted at management discretion.
Dock & Water Use
- Use of docks, lake access, and water-related amenities is at your own risk.
- No diving or unsafe behavior is permitted from docks or shoreline areas.
- The Resort is not responsible for damage to or loss of boats or watercraft.
- Slip assignments and usage are subject to management approval.- Overnight occupancy on boats may be restricted at management discretion.
11. RENTAL UNITS (CABINS & TRAILERS)
- Units include basic kitchenware, appliances, bedding, and linens.
- A deposit may be required and held as a security and cleaning deposit.
Excessive cleaning will be charged at a rate of $25 per hour.
Any damage to the unit or its contents will be charged at replacement or repair cost.
12. CLEANING, TRASH & SITE CONDITION
Guests are responsible for maintaining their site or unit in a clean and orderly condition.
- Trash must be disposed of in designated areas.
- Sites must be left in a reasonable condition upon departure.
The Resort reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for excessive cleaning, damage
to property, or missing items.
13. WIFI DISCLAIMER
WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not guaranteed. The Resort is not responsible
for connectivity issues, speed, or outages. No refunds will be issued due to WiFi
performance.
14. LONG-TERM STAYS / NO TENANCY
This is a recreational campground. Occupancy is temporary in nature and does not
constitute tenancy. No landlord-tenant relationship is created under any circumstances.
The Resort reserves the right to limit the duration of stays.
15. RIGHT TO RELOCATE
Management reserves the right to relocate guests to a comparable site or accommodation if
necessary for operational, maintenance, or safety reasons.
16. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the Resort and its facilities, including but
not limited to water activities, boating, and outdoor recreation.
The Resort, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Accidents or injuries- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
- Damage caused by falling trees, branches, or natural conditions
- Acts of nature or unforeseen events
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their party at all times.
17. RIGHT TO MODIFY POLICIES
The Resort reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Continued use of the
Resort constitutes acceptance of the current policies.
18. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing a reservation or entering the property, guests acknowledge that they have
read, understood, and agreed to these Policies, Terms, and Conditions.
